I can't figure out how to build the command center I used the laboratory so I can build it but it still won't let me build the command center help please fix it!

I think the game has potentials, i want to play it but the big problem is ITS LAGGY AS HELL ! Please do something... any advise to remove lag?

This game is complete garbage. Another shit masterpiece with a micro screen, laggy as hell. Unplayable on Android.
